Katy's First Birthday Party

We celebrated Katy's birthday at Daniel and Karen's Saturday night. It was a great party. Cake everywhere, ranger dogs, toys everywhere, and only minimal tears! Katy is so cute and was very kind to share her toys with Titus. Here's Ethan with the goods!

Wedding Shower

Yesterday we had a shower for Danna here. It was sooo much fun! There were fun games, great food and fun friends and family. Here are some pictures! First and most importantly, the cake. Whitney did a great job having this AMAZING cake made! It was the coolest!Here's the bride and groom. A little weird having Michael at the shower, but very fun! Again, good work Whitney on making this happen! We played "pin the flower on Michael" and it was a big hit. Everyone participated and the Moms did especially well!

It was a great party. Thanks to everybody for coming and helping! Thanks to my sweet husband for taking care of Titus while I got ready and played! We are looking forward to the wedding!!!

This Can't Be Comfortable!

Also, we were at Grandma and Grandpa's house this past weekend--we had a great time and Titus started saying "dada"--very fun!!!! We celebrated Meemaw's 92nd birthday! Here is Titus and Grandma!

Happy Resurrection Day

Hope you had a great day Sunday! We had a fun time with friends and Church family. No surprise, I have pictures of the little man. :) The bluebonnet pics are for Grammy. This was Titus' first real encounter with grass--so that is why he would not look at the camera. Maybe next year!

Good Friday!

Well, it has been a while since I added pictures. Titus is doing great! He is fully recovered from his ear infection and cold and is keeping us busy "scooting" around the house. Our sweet neighbors brought him this Resurrection Day Lamb that he loves! Very cute! You'll also see him playing in his saucer that we borrowed from some friends. Thank you! Do you think he likes it? We have also discovered the joy in playing with ordinary items around the house. Why buy toys when you can pull out this family heirloom which looks a lot like a plastic collander, but also doubles as a hat, a guitar and so much more! Last Saturday we hit some garage sales and found some great summer clothes! Titus is in the 12 months mostly now and you can see one outfit we found in the first picture. He is at the age where they outgrow things before they wear out, so garage sales are great. We found some very cool wooden puzzles too, which we are enjoying. I have a weak spot for cute pajamas, so I got some more at Toys R Us yesterday--very cute! So he is set on clothes until next fall. Sunday we also got to see Brooklyn Grace--she is sooo cute! Titus is saving his money so he can court her when he turns 30. We've also seen Whitney and celebrated her birthday! Last night we saw Aunt Danna and are looking forward to seeing Grandparents soon!
