Weekend Pictures

This past weekend was the retreat and we had a great time. Titus got to run and play and run and run some more! The weather was perfect with cold nights and warm days. David kept the outdoor fireplace going which was really nice. Then David even took a swim in the reallllllly cold river on Saturday afternoon! Titus and I just watched. :)Titus loved climbing on these chairs!

Puppy Dog Vest

Well I guess this is part 3 in the "puppy dog" series. Here's one from today in his "new" puppy dog vest. (Thanks Lori!) We are enjoying the cooler weather--and that means break out the winter clothes! Although it still warms up in the afternoons and the vest had to go. :( and the shoes--also puppy dog--and the socks...

Pumpkins!

Well, it's pumpkin time, so I took Titus out to the pumpkin patch today. It was a lot of fun! We enjoyed the hay ride (although Titus wasn't too sure about it at first and held onto my arm really tight the entire time!) He mostly loved getting to run around out there and did pretty well at staying on his feet. He liked looking at the Christmas trees, tractors and animals. But, his favorite part was petting the dog that was there!

What Titus is up to lately....

Titus is getting harder and harder "to capture" pictures of, but here are the latest. Grandma and Grandpa visited and he had a wonderful time with them! He didn't sleep well while they were here, but after they left he did! I guess he was tired from all of the playing. He really enjoyed "talking" to Grandma a bunch and telling her all of his stories. Titus LOVES to talk. Pastor says he has "skipped words and moved on to talking in sentences!" That is a good way to describe it--you ask him something and he responds right on cue--including hand motions. He can even do a pretty good whisper. He keeps us laughing! Titus is also getting really into golf lately. He is playing with one of the golf club tubes as you can see. He loved it and marched and marched and marched with it. He also loves "to read" Daddy's score cards. We found him a set of clubs at golfsmith, but I think they will have to wait until his big 2 birthday--we'll see!
Here he is in his "new to us" Jack and Janie fleece! The coolest thing is the pockets that he can put lots of stuff in!
