Grandparent Post

We were blessed to see all of Titus' grandparents last weekend and one Great-Grandma! We celebrated Grandpa Harvey's birthday and saw lots of family and one dog. Mr. T went with us this trip and was on his best behavior! Titus learned to howl like Chloe (the dog) and had sooo much fun with his cousins.

My PeePaw made this chair for me when I was about Titus' age. Dad removed the paint and rebuilt it for Titus and he loves it! What a great birthday gift!

UPDATED 2 Year birthday memories

I wanted to repost this since I added Titus' picture to it. :)
This was a trial run with Titus on his actual birthday. We wanted him to get practice blowing out his candles before his party.

Titus' First Trip to the BEACH!

This weekend some friends invited us down to the coast with them. It was a great time. We went to the beach, did a little shopping, ate some seafood, David did some fishing and we just enjoyed God's beautiful Creation. Of course, I have Titus pictures. Sunset from the house where we stayed.
Titus LOVED the waves and the sand!!! We put this bucket from our sweet neighbors to good use!







Titus didn't eat any seafood--but he did enjoy more than his share of french fries.

Sunday morning, we visited a little playground and then watched the service via the computer. It was a super fun weekend!

Opening Gifts and new words

Here's some gift pictures for you. Titus was very blessed with a lot of toys this birthday, clothes, books, a couple of puzzles, cards.... He is having so much fun--and he even helped clean up all the paper afterwards. He says "Oh Wow!" a lot now and it was so fun to see him open his gift from us, pull out a toothbrush and say "OH WOW!" He was a little uncertain about the flashlight that looks and sounds like a tiger, but he is getting more used to it and smiles when he hears it now. He tried on his new "chaps" outfit tonight too (with some encouragement from Mom). And he loves his Mr. Potato Head! Soooo much fun! Noah's ark! This has been a huge hit with Titus-loading and unloading the animals, feeding the animals...

OH WOW! Mr. Potato head--Titus likes to put the mouth on his feet... What a creative guy!

On another note, Titus is getting good at his "exercises"--he can do a forward rollover very well now. He can jump, skip and he loves to twist and dance!

2 Celebration!

We celebrated Titus' 2 Year Birthday last night. Here are a few pictures for you. It was a great time. David did a great job on the food and Grandma and Grandpa were a ton of help. I know Titus will always remember it--or at least we will! More pictures to come later.
