Fun Weekend at Daniel and Karen's Home

So here are some highlights from our weekend!

We got to meet Kaitlyn Grace (8 days old in the picture) and hang out with big brother Ethan. Ethan helped David clean up the boat. :) Amy, Cliff, Emily and Aaron joined us for Mexican food and we had fun getting out all the pieces to the Larry Boy puzzle....

Happy Birthday Meemaw!

Meemaw turned 91 this weekend! We had fun celebrating with her and some other family members. We had cake, worked a jigsaw puzzle (no trip to Meemaw's is complete without those two things!) and heard lots of old stories. She loves to tell us how she and her sister shot fireworks at a wagon one time and the mules ran away with the wagon.... :) Aren't grandparents a fun blessing?!!!

Little Lamb & Fudgey

So, David did a wonderful job getting our new stroller together last night! We love it! Thanks to Fudgey and Little Lamb for trying it out for us. Sorry Mom, Mr T did not get to try out the stroller. :)

Baby Stuff!

Well we had a fun visit with my mom last week! We saw lots of wildflowers, did some shopping and just visited a little. She brought us a couple of things for baby: a blanket and some of my old baby dresses! Above is another outfit she bought for us while she was here (I think she is hoping for a girl!!!) and we also got Baby's carseat and stroller! We are getting ready!

Saturday was a whirlwind! Mom left and I headed to some garage sales with a friend. Found some baby clothes--mostly girl stuff, but I couldn't pass up things for a quarter each. :) Michael came by for a short visit and then we had some friends over to watch the Final Four. David cooked some great burgers and we alot of fun!
